摘要
构建合理的评教指标体系并通过科学的方式处理,是高校教育质量得到保障的重要途径。以四川民族学院为例,在其学生评教指标体系中提取评教因子,建立评价指标体系,采用多级模糊综合评价法,对评教指标进行分析建模并实施。由此建立的多级模糊综合教师评价模型,将定性描述与量化分析相结合,从多个因素对评价的状态进行综合评价,可以减小传统评教中因个人主观因素带来的误差,确保评价结果的公正性。
Universities build a reasonable teaching evaluation index system, and have a scientific manner is an important way to get protected the quality of high education. This paper illustrated by the case of Sichuan University for Nationalities, extract teaching evalua-tion factor in their teaching evaluation index system with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , analyze teaching evalua-tion indicators , model and carry it out and combine the qualitative description and analysis, and establish evaluation index system. It evaluates the status of appraisal from a number of factors to reduce the error that subjective evaluation of teaching the traditional factors will ensure the fairness on the evaluation results.
