民族院校教育学科发展的现状、问题及其建议

民族院校教育学科作为我国高等院校教育学科的重要组成部分,它们大多设立于民族地区,秉持服务少数民族与民族地区教育发展的宗旨,在学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务上进行了有效的探索,取得了不俗的成绩。当前,随着民族地区经济发展的新形势与教育学科发展的新情况,民族院校教育学科应继续加强学科建设,积极探寻应用型人才的方式与方法,加大学科团队与青年人才的培育,发挥学科平台的社会服务功能,为我国少数民族与民族地区教育发展发挥更大的实际效应。

Educational disciplines of universities for nationalities are important part of Chinese education disci-plines. They set up in minority nationality regions, uphold the purpose of educational development in the service of ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas. Meanwhile, they have carried on the positive exploration in discipline construction, personnel training, scientific research and social service, and achieved impressive results. At present, with the new situation of economic and Educational Science development, we should continue to strengthen the disci-pline construction, actively explore the ways and methods of personnel training, increase disciplinary team and young talent cultivation, and take the role of the social service function.Only in this way, we can play a greater practical ef-fect of development of Chinese education in ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.
