摘要 大学生志愿者是一个特殊的青年群体,他们到偏远地区支教服务需要面临跨文化适应的心理考验,回到学校后也要再次适应本学校的文化。但关于"支教保研"学生的研究大多集中在政策方面,对于学生跨文化心理适应方面关注甚少。通过借助跨文化适应"U"曲线和"W"曲线理论模型,分析支教保研大学生的跨文化适应心理,这对于这一青年群体心理健康发展尤为重要。 The undergraduate volunteer is a specific group of youth. For those who have to experience cross-cultural adaption during the volunteer teaching in the remote area, which is makes it more challengeable that they need to adapt to the culture of their school when they return back. Nonetheless, the research about the students who get the postgraduate recommendation as volunteer teaching, paying more attention to the policy instead of the cross-cultural adaption of psychology. This article basic on the theoretical model-U-shaped curve and W-shape curve of cross-cultural adaption, it is aim to analysis the cross-adaption of psychology of college students who get the postgraduate recommendation, which plays an important role to the youth group's development of psychological health.
