摘要
构建西藏高等教育现代化评价指标体系必须坚持正确的价值导向,其价值导向从宏观层面应体现在符合国家经济社会发展的总体要求,符合高等教育发展的时代要求,符合西藏教育现代化发展的特殊要求,即"三个符合"。结合西藏高等教育现代化发展的方向性、时代性、独特性特征,本文具体分析和阐述了其价值导向应体现在服务经济增长方式转变、产业结构调整、社会民生改善、高等教育大众化、依法治教、特色办学以及服务西藏经济社会快速发展与长治久安、内涵式发展、转型发展等方面。
To construct the evaluation index system of higher education in Tibet must adhere to the correct value orientation,and its value orientation should be reflected in the overall requirements of the national economic and social development,in line with the requirements of the development of higher education,in accordance with the special requirements of the development of Tibet's education modernization,namely'Three accord with'. With the direction of the development of higher education in Tibet,the characteristics of the times,the characteristics of uniqueness,the paper analyzes and expounds the value orientation should be reflected in the service economy growth mode transformation,industrial structure adjustment,social livelihood improvement,higher education popularization,managing education by law,characteristic school-running and service Tibet economic and social rapid development and long-term stability,connotative development,transitional development.
