浅析西北民族地区师资情况——基于年鉴数据的量化分析 被引量:5

摘要 师资建设是西北民族地区教育水平发展的关键性因素。西北民族地区多元的文化背景、有限的教育资源和复杂的地理环境,使该地区的师资队伍建设面临更多、更复杂的问题,同时,也需要我们更多的关注。通过西北民族地区专任教师数量、质量、结构现状分析,进行横向、纵向对比,梳理当前该地区师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出西北民族地区师资队伍建设必须以政府为主导、创新师资配置机制、提高教师专业能力水平三方面建议。 The construction of teachers is the key factor to educational development of the northwest minority regions.Multicultural background,the limited education and complicated geographical environment make the construction of teachers team in the region faces more and more complex problems that we need to attach importance to.On the basis of the northwest ethnic regions' number,quality and current structure of the full-time teachers,combing the current problems existing in the construction of teachers team in this region through horizontal and vertical analysis. This paper attempts to put forward ideas to help construct teachers team from aspects of attaching great importance the role of government,creating innovative resource allocation mechanism for teachers,improving teachers' professional ability.
