论民族院校的办学类型及其定位

On the School-running Type of Minzu Colleges and Their Location

由于民族院校特殊的办学宗旨和使命,在长期的办学过程中,民族院校发展成为我国特有的一种办学类型。民族院校既不等同于民族地区院校,现今的民族院校也不再是民族类院校,而是我国普通高等院校中的一员。要办好民族院校,就应该在我国院校分类体系中定位民族院校,从院校和学科两个维度推进民族院校发展。

Because of its special school-running principle and mission,Minzu colleges developed into a kind of school-running type in the long process.Minzu colleges didn't equal to colleges in minority areas;nowadays,Minzu colleges were no longer the colleges for ethnology;Minzu colleges were the normal members of higher education system.To run Minzu colleges well,it should locate Minzu colleges in the classification system of colleges and universities,and promote their development from the dimensions of college and discipline.
