论新形势下民族预科教育亟待解决的几个问题

On the Urgent Problems of Ethnic Preparatory Undergraduate Education in the New Situation

民族预科教育是我国民族教育政策的具体体现,是民族高等教育的重要组成部分,也是我国为了实现民族平等政策所采取的重要措施之一。新中国成立六十多年来,民族预科教育为我国各少数民族及民族地区培养了一大批各级各类人才,为我国社会主义建设做出了重要的贡献。然而,进入新的时期,民族预科教育在办学过程中,面临着许多新的挑战,如何应对这些挑战,在不断提高民族预科教育质量的同时,使民族预科教育跟上新时期高等教育发展的步伐,这是所有民族预科教育工作者都在思考的问题。本文就新时期民族预科教育所面临的一些主要问题及解决对策,提出了自己的思考。

As an important part of our national higher education,ethnic preparatory undergraduate education serves as both an expression to our education policies and measures to achieve equality for ethnic minorities in our country.In more than 60 years since the founding of new China,we have cultivated a huge number of talents of different levels and kinds through ethnic preparatory undergraduate education,which faces new challenges in the new era.All those who are dedicated to the course of ethnic preparatory undergraduate education should work hard on the counter-measures for the new challenges and quality-guarantee so as to keep ethnic preparatory undergraduate education up with the new-era higher education in China.This paper deals with the main problems of ethnic preparatory undergraduate education in the new era and puts forth some counter-measures for those problems.
