摘要
我国民族预科班是一种特殊的办学形式,预科教育应单独作为一个教育层次;民族预科教育定位应该"预""补"并重,因材施教,遵循"以补为先、牢固基础,以预为主、增强能力"的教学原则;加强民族预科教育多样化发展,除了少数民族预科班,还可设立国际预科班、援边预科班等;在继续办好民族预科班的基础上,应该大力发展高等学校民族班,加快少数民族人才培养速度。
The minority preparatory class is a special type of education in China,and the preparatory education should be considered as a kind of level in the education system.Focusing on both foundation and reinforcement,the preparatory education should be launched in accordance with individual condition by following the teaching principle of'take the reinforcement first to strengthen the basis,give priority to the foundation for the ability enhancement'.Besides,both international preparatory class and border-aid preparatory class can be set up to reinforce the diversified development of preparatory education,and the minority class among higher institutions can be established on the basis of the minority preparatory class as well,so as to accelerate the minority talent cultivation in China.
