摘要 多元文化教育在近几年的民族教育教学领域备受关注,多元文化教育的实质是用一种包容、开放的态度来对待具有一定差别的教育内容与教育观念。本文在多元文化教育的大背景下,剖析了少数民族预科院校英语教学的现状及其存在的问题,并基于5C英语教学目标原理和二语习得公式理论,提出了在少数民族预科教学中需做到:树立多元文化观、尊重学生差异;营造良好语言环境,开发教学内容;培养学生跨文化意识、革新课堂活动;加强网络学习服务,构建多元评价方式。这样才能提高少数民族预科生英语学习绩效,进而促进我国少数民族教育的进一步发展。 Much attention has been paid to multicultural education in the field of national education teaching in recent years.The essence of multicultural education is to treat both different education content and different concept with a tolerant and open attitude.This article analyzed the current situation and problems of English teaching in ethnic minority preparatory schools under the background of multicultural education,then put forward some English teaching strategies based on the standard for foreign language learning in the 21 th century and the second language acquisition theory which includes establishing multicultural perspective and respecting students differences,creating a good language environment and developing the teaching content,training students' cross-cultural awareness and reforming the class activities,improving the network learning service and building multivariate evaluation methods.Only by using these strategies can improve the English grades of ethnic minority preparatory and promote the further development of minority education in our country.
