少数民族地区学生的教育公平问题一直备受关注,作为一项特殊的招生政策,"少数民族高层次骨干人才培养计划"为少数民族聚居区的学生享受研究生教育提供了政策性支持,促进了少数民族地区教育的发展。"少数民族高层次骨干人才培养计划",在一定程度上保证了少数民族学生接受研究生教育的起点公平、过程公平和结果公平,没有导致所谓的"反向歧视"。
There have been long standing concerns about The case for Educational Fairness in Minority Nationality Regions. As a special enrollment policy, The Training Program for Minority Talents provides policy educational supports for graduate students of minority nationalities,therefore,has greatly promoted the education development of minority nationality regions. To some extent,this policy ensures that the minority students could receive the graduate education not only from the starting point, but also from the process and result point, which doesn't cause Reverse Discrimination.
