摘要
"内地高校支援新疆培养少数民族人才协作计划"实施28年来,新疆籍少数民族大学生赴内地求学的越来越多,承担少数民族人才协作计划的内地高校面对的压力也越来越大。本文基于辅导员视角,分析了内地新疆籍少数民族大学生教育管理方面存在的问题,并吸取萨提亚模式中的相关理论,运用到内地新疆籍少数民族大学生的教育管理工作之中。
'The implementation of the plan of supporting the training of ethnic minority talents in Xinjiang by mainland universities' in the past 28 years, more and more Xinjiang minority college students to go to the mainland to learn, the pressure on the Mainland Colleges and universities to undertake the cooperation plan of minority talents is also increasing. Based on counselors, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the educational management of minority nationality college students in Xinjiang, and draw the relevant theory of Satir mode, applied to the education and management of ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang.
