民汉双语教育是促进我国多元文化和谐发展的根基

Bilingual Education of Mandarin and Ethnic Languages is the Foundation of Promoting the Harmonious Development of Multi-culture in China

党的十八大以来习近平总书记为首的党中央提出了实现中国梦的奋斗目标。中国梦的实现是我国各族人民的共同愿望,实现中国梦的幸福特征是社会和谐的进一步提升。要实现社会的和谐,就需要中国各民族多元文化的和谐发展,做到各美其美,美美与共。本文以我国各民族多元文化融合互助历史悠久;民汉双语教育是多元文化和谐发展的基础;和谐社会的建设需要培养大批"民汉兼通"的双语人才为内容,提出通过开展民汉双语教育,培养"民汉兼通"的双语人才是实现和谐中国梦的基础和保障,阐明了民汉双语及其多元文化教育的重要意义。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Secretary-general XI Jinping has put forward the goal of realizing the Chinese dream. The realization of the Chinese dream is the common aspiration of people of all ethnic groups in China. The favorable characteristic of realizing the Chinese Dream is the further enhancement of the social harmony. To realize the social harmony, we should develop harmoniously the multi-culture of all the Chinese ethnicities and realize the mutual understanding and development of different ethnic culture. It needs everybody cherishes his or her own culture, and if we respect and treasure other's values, the world will be a harmonious one.This article is based on the long history of multi-cultural integration and mutual aid among ethnic minorities in China, and the bilingual education of minority languages and Chinese is the basis for the harmonious development of multi cultures.This article says that Chinese ethnic multi-culture has a long history of helping and blending with each other, the bilingual education of Mandarin and Ethnic languages is the base of the harmonious development of multi-culture and the construction of harmonious society needs huge amounts of bilingual talents who know both Mandarin and Ethnic languages. It presents the point that developing bilingual talents who know both languages through bilingual education is the basis and guarantee to realize the harmonious Chinese Dream and expounds the important meaning of bilingual education of Mandarin and Ethnic languages and education of multi-culture.
