摘要 当前,我国正处于经济社会转型期,为满足社会对高素质应用型人才的需求,教师作为知识的传播者应主动转变教学理念、改进教学方法、改革教学评价方式;学生作为教育的主体也要相应转变学习理念、学习态度和学习方法。只有师生协同,人才培养质量才能得到真正的提升。 Nowadays, our country is experiencing an economic and social transition period. In order to meet the society's demand of the high-quality applied personnel, teachers, as the knowledge disseminator, should actively change their teaching philosophy, update teaching methods and reform teaching evaluation mode;students, as the subjects of education, should actively change their learning concepts, learning attitudes and learning methods. Only teachers and students change accordingly, will the quality of talent training receive a real promotion.
