和静县巴音布鲁克牧区社会经济发展调研报告

The report on socio-economic development of Bayanbuluk pastoral area in Hejing County

文章通过对新疆巴音布鲁克草原上的蒙古族牧民生活现状及其生活质量从经济水平、物质生活、健康与医疗条件、精神生活、生活环境等几项指标来考察,认为这里的牧民状况不容乐观,几乎被排除在自治区社会经济繁荣之外,特别是牧民生存质量的问题常常被人们所轻视。本文运用定性定量相结合的方法,全面分析了巴音布鲁克草原上的蒙古族牧民生活现状及其生活质量的总体状况以及巴音布鲁克牧区生态移民现状和存在的问题,并给出解决问题的对策。

This paper investigates Mongolian steppe herdsmen' living status and life quality of xinjiang Bayanbuluk praire from five indicators:economic level,material life,health and medical conditions,spiritual life,living conditions.Through inspection the author think that herdsmen' situation is not optimistic,was almost excluded from the Autonomous Region socio- economic prosperity,especially pastoralists' life quality are often ignored by society.This paper through a method of qualitative and quantitative combination,comprehensive analysises Bayanbuluk praire Mongolian steppe herdsmen' overall situation of living status,life quality,and the existing problem of ecological immigration issue,then gives the measures to solve the problem.
