Award and Punishment system about Karun officers and soldiers in Mongolia of Qing dynasty

"卡伦"是清代特有的一种防御和管理设施。清朝政府在漠北和漠西蒙古地区卡伦管理中制定和实施由考核、奖惩、抚恤等程序组成的较为完善的奖惩制度,这一制度与清代内地军队中所实施的奖惩制度相比既有不可分割的共性,同时也有其诸多的特殊性。

Karun was a kind of special Frontier Defense system and Management facility of Qing dynasty.In Karun management center of Mobei and Moxi Mongolia,Qing government established and conducted a set of relatively perfect reward and punishment system consisted of checking、rewards and punishments、comforting and compensating bereaved family programs and so on,compared with the reward and punishment system of hinterland army of Qing dynasty,the system not only had undivided commonness with it,but also had it's own specializations.
