1996年由内蒙古人民出版社出版发行的钢琴独奏曲集《山祭》是莫尔吉胡代表作,也是由中国蒙古族作曲家创作并公开出版发行的第一部钢琴独奏曲集,钢琴独奏音乐与蒙古族文化相结合的第一次尝试,钢琴音乐民族化的一次重大实践。

Collection of Piano solo Mountain Worship,which was published by Inner Mongolia Publishing House in1996,was the representative work of Morjihu,and also it was the first collection of piano solo written by China Mongolian composer.The first try of combination of piano solo and Mongolia culture was an important practice to nationalized piano music.
