元武宗海山去世之后,由于宫廷内讧,太子图贴睦尔被贬海南。在海南,落难的太子爱上了海南姑娘青梅。黎族首领王官为其撮合,成全了二人的姻缘。图贴睦尔称帝后,为报答王官的媒妁之恩,封海南定安县为南建州,王官为世袭知州。

After the death of Emperor Wuzong(Borzigin Haisan),because of the court conflict,the prince Borzigin Tubtemur was banished to Hainan Island,where he fell in love with Qingmei,a Hainan girl.It was Wang Guan,leader of the Li ethnic group,who helped him marry Qingmei.A few years later,Borzigin Tubtemur was enthroned.To repay the help of Wang Guan,Borzigin Tubtemur conferred Ding'an County to Wang Guan with the title of Nanjian Prefecture and granted him a hereditary governor of the prefecture.
