论民国时期新疆蒙古文化促进会兴办近代学校教育

Xinjiang Mongolian Cultural Promoting Association Developed Modern School Education in Period of Republic of China

民国新疆盛世才统治时期,成立了包括蒙古族在内以发展各民族固有文化为宗旨的9个文化促进会,蒙古文化促进会(简称蒙文会)成立后,开展各项进步文化活动,学校教育是其一项重要内容,在蒙古族集中的地区都开办了具有近代意义的学校,对蒙古族社会影响较大,具有进步意义。

The reign of Sheng Shih-ts' ai in period of Republic of China,9cultural promoting associations were established,aiming at developing each nation inherent culture including Mongols.Cultural activities were carried out after Mongol cultural prompting association established,and school education was the most important one.In the centralized area of Mongols opened modern school,and it had great influence on Mongolian society.
