How to promote the development of border areas resorting to forntier ports: a comparative study of Laoyemiao Port in Xinjiang and Dongzhong Port in Guangxi

边境口岸作为边疆发展和边境安全的通道,关系到国家安全与发展,但大多数陆路边境口岸发展滞后的现实不利于其通道作用的发挥,因此本文以新疆老爷庙口岸和广西峒中口岸为个案,通过比较分析,提出如何依靠边境口岸促进边疆发展的建议。

Border ports,as a channel for border development and border security,are related to national security and development.However,the lagging development of most land border ports is not conducive to their role.This paper takes Laoyemiao Port in Xinjiang and Dongzhong Port in Guangxi as examples,and through comparative analysis,puts forward some suggestions on how to rely on border ports to promote border development.
