镉内标极谱分析法测定白酒中的铅

The determination of Pb in wine by Cd internal standard polarograph

采用PS4.0微机极谱仪的内标分析法用镉做为内标物测定了白酒中的微量铅 ,采用检测下限0 .2 μg L ,线性范围 0 .2～ 2 5 0 μg L ,相对标准偏差为 8.70 % ,回收率为 93.4% .溶出分析条件 :富集电位 - 1 .0V ,富集时间 60s,静化时间 1 0s;净化电位 0V ,扫描速度 2 5 0mV s.波型为一阶导数 ,参考峰铅 - 0 .48V ,锌、锰。

The trace Pb in wine is determined by Cd internal standard polarograph with PS4.0 PC polarograph instrument,the DTD40 model constant temperature digest instrument is used for the wine sample treatment.The determination limit is 0.2 μg/L,line range is 0.2～250 μg/L,RSD is 8.70%,recovery rate is 93.4%.The dissolve analysis condition:enrichment potential-1.0 V,enrichment time 60 s,cleaning time 10 s,cleaning potentiae 10 V,scan velocity 250 mV/s.The wave model is one dimensional differential coefficient,Pb reference peak-0.48 V,Zn,Mn and Cu don't isturb the determination.The analysis results is satisfactory.
