中美能源金融关系探析

石油美元处于美国霸权再分配体系的中心,维护石油美元计价机制,不仅有利于其控制国际石油市场,而且对于维持美元在国际货币体系中的地位,巩固美国全球霸权也具有深远的意义。能源人民币与人民币国际化相互促进、相互影响,在推进人民币国际化和能源人民币进程中,石油美元和能源人民币进行着激烈的博弈。美国一方面阻挠人民币在国际货币基金组织中增加份额,拒绝承认中国的市场经济地位,逼迫人民币升值,挑起中美贸易战;另一方面推出印太战略,以能源地缘政治撬动能源金融,影响能源人民币的回流机制。中国则提出'一带一路'倡议,侍机推出原油期货,扩大人民币认可度,打造能源人民币回流体系,发展与自己实力相对应的能源话语权,实现能源人民币和石油美元兼容并蓄,共同发展。

Petroleum dollar is at the center of the redistribution system of American hegemony.Maintaining the pricing mechanism of Petroleum dollar is not only conducive to its control of the international oil market,but also of far-reaching significance for maintaining the position of the dollar in the international monetary system and consolidating the global hegemony of the United States.Petroleum RMB and the internationalization of RMB promote and influence each other.In the process of promoting the internationalization of RMB and Energy RMB,Energy dollar and Energy RMB are playing a fierce game.On the one hand,the United States blocked the increase of RMB share in the IMF,refused to recognize China’s market economy status,forced the appreciation of RMB,and provoked a trade war between China and the United States;on the other hand,it launched the Indo-Pacific strategy to leverage energy finance by geopolitics and suppress the energy RMB.China has put forward the 'one belt one way'initiative,taking this opportunity to launch crude oil futures,build energy RMB reflux system,develop the right of energy discourse corresponding to its own strength, and realize the common development of energy RMB and Petroleum dollar.
