The Effect of Annealing Process for Nd_9Fe_(85)B_6 Nanocrystalline Composite Magnets Capability

摘要  为了研究晶化处理对Nd9Fe85B6纳米双相永磁材料磁性能的影响.利用三种不同晶化处理工艺对Nd9Fe85B6磁性材料进行晶化处理,并对其磁性能进行了测试.测试结果表明晶化处理工艺的温度、时间不同将影响Nd9Fe85B6纳米双相永磁材料的磁性能,初步探索的晶化工艺为晶化温度在780℃左右,时间在6min左右时所得的磁性能较好. To study the process of annealing to achieve how the processes of annealing affect the magnetic capability, after using three different annealing process in magnets of Nd\-9Fe\-\{85\}B\-6, the different magnetic capability of nanocrystalline composite magnets have been manufactured. The magnetic capabilities have been tested. The tested results indicate that the difference of the annealing temperature and time will make the difference of the magnetic capability. The process of annealing temperature being at about 780 ℃ and the process of annealing time sustaining about 6 min will obtain high quality nanocrystalline composite magnets.
