摘要
目的 :观察阿司匹林 ( A)、双嘧达莫 ( D)和噻氯匹定 ( T)对刺参酸性黏多糖 ( stichopus japonicus acid mucopolysaccharide,SJAMP)诱导小鼠血小板聚集的拮抗作用。方法 :血小板计数采用显微镜计数法。结果 :小鼠腹腔注射 SJAMP60 mg/ kg,由于血小板聚集而使其血小板数量减少 ,给 SJAMP同时口服 A、D或 T,分别为 5 0 0、10 0、10 0 mg/ kg· d- 1 × 4,其血小板数量不减少或稍有减少。结论 :A、D和 T对
Objective: To observe the effect of aspirin(A), dipyridamole (D) and ticlopidine(T) on platelet aggregation induced by stichopus Japonicus acid mucopolysaccharide(SJAMP) in mice. Method: The number of platelet was calculated by microscopic counting method. Results: After the mice were given SJAMP 60 mg/kg ip. once, the number of platelet of the mice significantly reduced because of its platelet aggregation. The mice were given SJAMP combined with A 500 mg/kg, D 100 mg/kg or T 100 mg/kg respectively po. once daily for 4 days, the number of platelet did not reduce or slightly reduced. Conclusion: A, D and T have antagonism on platelet aggregation induced by SJAMP in mice.
