摘要 目的 探讨青少年咀嚼效能与牙合接触面积之间的关系。方法 用花生米吸光光度法测定咀嚼效能 ;用T -扫描系统测定牙合接触面积 ;用SPSS统计软件对咀嚼效能与牙合接触面积之间的关系作相关性分析。结果  13~ 15岁中学生恒牙列的咀嚼效能平均为 0 .737,牙合接触面积平均为 186 .4 7mm2 ,男生咀嚼效能、牙合接触面积均显著高于女生 (P <0 .0 5)。牙合接触面积主要分布于后牙区 ,尤其是磨牙区 ,牙合接触面积的大小依次为第一磨牙、第二磨牙、第二双尖牙、第一双尖牙、中切牙、尖牙和侧切牙 ;13~ 15岁中学生恒牙列的咀嚼效能与牙合接触面积呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 牙合接触面积是影响咀嚼效能的重要因素 。 Objective To study the relationship between the masticatory efficiency and the occlusal contact area of adolescents. Methods Peanut spectrophotography was used to determine the masticatory efficiency. T-scanⅡsystem was used to determine the occlusal contact area. Correlation between the masticatory efficiency and the occlusal contact area was analyzed by SPSS software package.Results The average masticatory efficiency of permanent dentition of 13~15-year-old high school students was 0.737, the average occlusal contact area was 186.47mm 2. Males had greater masticatory efficiency and occlusal contact area than females ( P <0.05). Cheek teeth, especially molars contributed mainly to the occlusal contact area. There was significant correlation between the masticatory efficiency and occlusal contact area ( P <0.05). Conclusions The occlusal contact area had an important influence on the masticatory efficiency. Molars are the major regions to perform masticatory function.
