摘要  研究了一种紫外光固化胶粘剂的制备及性能.以甲苯二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为基本原料合成预聚物,再添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂等,制成紫外光固化胶粘剂;采用该胶粘剂粘接试片,考察了贮存时间对光固化时间和粘接强度的影响.通过正交试验获得了紫外光固化胶粘剂的较佳配比和制备条件.所研制的光固化胶粘剂在制出之后放置约20h,其性能将较为稳定. To research the preparation of an ultravioletcuring adhesive and its behavior, prepolymer was synthesized when tolylene diisocyanate and 2hydroxyethyl methacrylate were used as basic raw materials. Ultravioletcuring adhesive was prepared through adding photoinitiator and active diluent etc. into the prepolymer. By means of bonding testpieces with this adhesive, the effect of shelftime on curing time and adhesion strength has been investigated. The better formulation and preparation conditions of ultravioletcuring adhesives were obtained through orthogonal experiment. The properties of concerned ultravioletcuring adhesives will be more stable after 20 h when prepared.
