摘要
基于Al(Ⅲ)置换Fe(Ⅱ)—EDTA配合物中Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)—Luminol—O_2产生化学发光的反应,建立了置换偶合反应流动注射化学发光测定铝的新方法。方法线性范围为1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)g/ml,检出限为2×10^(-8)g/ml对1×10^(-6)g/ml铝标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.8%,。方法用于人发、大米、面粉、玉米面中铝的测定,结果满意。
A new method of determining aluminum by flow injection/coupled chemiluminesence reaction is developed. It is based on the replacement of Fe(Ⅱ) by Al(Ⅲ) from Fe(Ⅱ)-EDTA complex, and the subsequent chemiluminescence reaction of Fe (Ⅱ) - Luminol - O2. The chemiluminescence intensity is linear to Al concentration in the range of 1. 0×10-7-1. 0×10-5g/ml. The detection is 2×10-8 g/ml, and the relative standard deviation is 1. 8% for 11 measurement of 1×10-6g/ml gallium standard solution. The method has been used to determine gallium in Chinese medicine sample with satisfactory results.
