2型糖尿病患者血清sICAM-1水平检测及其临床意义

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者血清sICAM - 1的变化特点 ,及其在糖尿病肾病中的意义。方法 采用ELISA法对 6 0例 2型糖尿病患者和 2 0例健康人测定血清sICAM - 1的浓度。以尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)将病人分为 3组 :DM1、DM2、DM3组。结果  2型糖尿病患者血清sICAM - 1浓度明显高于正常对照组 ;DM2、DM3组血清sICAM - 1浓度均显著高于DM1组 ;血糖控制差及一般者血清sICAM - 1明显高于正常对照及血糖控制良好者。结论 sICAM - 1可能在糖尿病肾病的发生发展过程中起着一定的作用 ;2型糖尿病患者体内sICAM - Objective To study the significance of the soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients and 20 normol controls were tested.Serum levels of sICAM-1 were measured with ELISA.Divide patients into DM1 group,DM2 group,DM3 group according to their UAER(urine albumin excretion rate).Results The serum levels of sICAM-1 in type 2 diabetic patients are higher than those in normal control group.Serum levels of sICAM-1 are significantly higher in DM2 and DM3 groups than those in DM1 group.The serum levels of sICAM-1 are significantly higher in badly controlled blood glucose group and generally controlled group than those in well controlled group.Conclusions sICAM-1 play role in the progress of diabetic nephropathy.The abnormal expression of serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus has relationship with the control degree of blood glucose.
