西宁地区早产儿发生时间圆形分布分析

ANALYSIS OF PREMATURE BABY BIRTH TIME WITH CIRCULAR DISTRIBUTION METHODS IN XINING AREA FROM 1996 TO 2001

目的 了解早产儿不包括计划分娩早产儿出生时间规律。方法 应用圆形分布法进行分析。结果 月分布与时间分布有明显集中趋势 (P <0 .0 5 ) .月分布集中在 5月份 (95 %CI 4～ 6月 ) ;时是分布集中在 1 2时 46分 (95 %CI 1 0 :5 0～ 1 4:42 )。

Objective In order to understand the rule of birth time in premature babies Methods:circular distributionResults There wsa a concentrate trend in month.the high peak is in May(95%CI 4—6 month).There was a concentrate trend in day and night.The high peak is at 12:46.There wsa no periodic fluctuation on day and week.Conclusion There was concentrate trend in month and at day--night.
