西宁市新生儿体重与新生儿脐血血流变的相关性分析

ANALYSIS OF NEW BORN WEIGHT AND CHANGES OF UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD STREAM IN XINING

目的 研究新生儿体重和脐血血流度参数 ;研究高原地区新生儿脐血血流变参数与正常值的差异 ,为高海拔地区妇幼保健工作提供科学有效的依据。方法 测 3 0例足月产新生儿体重和脐血血流变参数 ,并做统计学处理。结果 经统计分析全血粘度、红细胞、全血还原粘度、红细胞电泳时间等 ,与正常参考值之间均有显著性差异 ,而血浆粘度与正常值之间无任何差异 ,血流变与新生儿体重之间无任何差异。

Objective umbilical cord blood stream 2.TO study the difference of changes of umbilical cord blood stream and the normal range and draw a conclusion that directing scientifically and effectively caring for females health in gastation and improve the bearing quality in high elevation district.Methods Petermine newborn weight and parameter of changes of umbilical cord blood stream of 30 normal fullterm fetuses and make statistic analysis.Result By statistics,we find that the blood sticknees,red cell electrophoresis time etc.have a significiant difference with the normal range(p<0.01),the tastitic of plasma viscosity has no difference with the normal range and the changes of umbilical cord blood stream have no relation with the newborn weight.Conclusion The newborn weight has no relation with the cord blood stream in higher altitude area.
