The Research of Personnel Management Modeling in CSCW Implementation

由于CSCW系统涉及到的对象主要是人和计算机 ,因此能否合理有效地配置人员并对人员进行管理就成为CSCW系统能否成功实施的关键 .本文介绍了CSCW的基本概念 ,分析了CSCW系统实施中人员管理的特点与传统人员管理的区别 ,探讨了CSCW系统对人员管理建模的要求 。

The objects that CSCW system deals with are mainly persons and computers, so whether the persons can be configured and managed effectively has become the crucial point to whether the CSCW system can be implemented successfully . This paper introduces a basic concept of CSCW, analyzes the differences between the personnel management while CSCW system is being carried out and the traditional personnel management, and discusses the requests for personnel management modeling of CSCW system, then explains the personnel management model of CSCW system by means of an example.
