摘要
根据我国企业的生产现状 ,讨论了CAPP存在的问题 ,提出了“以产品数据为基础 ,以交互式设计为手段 ,以工艺知识库为核心 ,以实现企业需求为己任 ,以尽善尽美为目标 ,以集成化、智能化、工具化、模块化、网络化和实用化为指导思想”的CAPP系统开发模式 ,改变了过去盲目追求高度自动化的系统开发理念 。
According to the actuality of chinese interprises,the problems of CAPP are described. A new CAPP mode is provided. It is based on product data management, with mutual design and core of process knowledge database, aimed at requirement of customer and for perfect, guided by integration,intelligent,modularize,practicality and so on. The ideologies of blinded for high intelligent CAPP are corrected. A customizing CAPP with selected module functions is researched and developed.
