用hCG、ATP刺激Leydig细胞时细胞外液Ca^(2+)浓度的变化对钙离子通道反应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)刺激睾丸间质细胞 (Leydig细胞 )分泌睾酮时细胞外液Ca2 + 浓度的变化对钙通道的影响。方法 采用激光共聚焦显微镜测定hCG、ATP刺激Leydig细胞时Ca2 + 的变化。结果 人Leydig细胞具有对hCG、ATP敏感的钙通道 ,当细胞外液含有Ca2 + 时 ,Leydig细胞对hCG的刺激反应敏感 ,而当细胞外液无Ca2 + 时无反应。细胞外液无论有无Ca2 + ,Leydig细胞对ATP的刺激均有敏感反应。结论 细胞外液Ca2 + 浓度的变化可能在hCG、ATP对Leydig细胞代谢调控中起作用。 Objective To study the reaction to the calcium channel of Leydig cells by the changes of calcium concentration of the extracellular fluid when stimulated by hCG and ATP.Methods Examining the changes of Ca 2+ of Leydig cells when stimulated by hCG and ATP with laser confocal microscope.Results Human Leydig cells contain calcium channels sensitive to hCG and ATP.When extracellular fluid includes calcium,Leydig cells are sensitive to the stimulation coming from hCG.However,when extracellular fluid dose not contain calcium,these cells have no reaction to the stimulation.No matter whether extracellular fluid contains calcium or not,Leydig cells sensitively respond to the stimulation of ATP.Conclusions The changes of calcium concentration in the extracellular fluid play the role of regulation of Leydig cells when stimulated by hCG and ATP.
