摘要 对掺Ni—γ—Fe_2O_3的气敏特性进行了测试研究.掺Ni—γ—Fe_2O_3具有对多种还原性气体和有机溶剂气体普遍敏感的特性。用它作气敏材料制得气敏元件,工作条件适宜,响应恢复时间短,效果好,同时,发现掺Ni—γ—Fe_2O_3材料具有良好的抗湿特性。可用于我国南方高湿地区.对γ—Fe_2O_3的体控型气敏机理也进行了讨论。 Doped y-Fe_2O_3 with Ni has been prepared by chemical liquid coprecipitation method. The gas sensitivity measurements in different reduction atomspheres and different working temperature were performed for doped y—Fe_2O_3 with Ni sensor. Tt shows that not only the doped y-Fe_2O_3 with Ni sensor is possessed of good sensitivity for varied reduction gas and organic solvent gas and suitable working condition but also it is possessed of good humidity-resistance property. The gas sensing mechanism for y-Fe_2O_3 also has been memtioned in this paper.
