浅谈DODAF的发展与空管系统顶层设计

On the Development of DODAF and Top-level Design of Air Traffic Management System

美国国防部体系结构框架DODAF经过多年的发展和完善,在行业处于领先地位。本文介绍了DODAF发展历程,给出了DODAF 2.0的8个视角定义及其详细的开发步骤。其他国家和组织在吸纳DODAF经验的基础上,根据各自需求和理念也提出了各具特色的体系结构框架。充分学习和研究国外研究制定体系结构框架情况,对我国空管系统顶层设计具有借鉴意义。

Architecture framework, as a methodology of system engineering's top-level design, acts as a support of not only decision-making in national defense field, but also the annual government investment budget. The department of defense architecture framework(DODAF) of America has been in a leading position through development and perfection for years. In this paper DODAF version 2.0 is presented, which involves 8 viewpoints. DODAF development guidelines are given. Other countries and organizations also make their own architecture framework based on DODAF. Studying DODAF will be beneficial to the air traffic management in our country.
