摘要
本文基于典型腐蚀环境下某成熟机型服役期间的结构腐蚀历史数据,对运输类飞机结构的腐蚀区域、腐蚀位置和腐蚀型式进行了统计分析,明确了机身区域和飞机结构连接部位贴合面的腐蚀普遍性,确定了飞机结构贴合面区域和非贴合面区域的腐蚀型式。根据腐蚀基本原理,从运输类飞机结构的材料种类、表面保护、结构贴合面防腐蚀缺陷以及环境因素几个方面,进一步对结构腐蚀原因和腐蚀规律进行了分析,解释了运输类飞机结构的腐蚀位置和腐蚀型式分布特点。
The rules of structural corrosion zones,locations and types are analyzed based on the structural corrosion data of an advanced transport category airplane fleet serviced in a typical corrosive environment.The result shows that fuselage is the most serious zone on transport category airplanes.Most of the corrosion were found on the faying surface of structural joint.The corrosion type on the faying surface area and non-faying surface area are identified.According to the theory of corrosion,the effects of the structural material,protective coating,faying surface defects and environment factors on corrosion are studied.The causes and rules of the structural corrosion on transport category airplanes are consolidated.The rules of the corrosion location and type on transport category airplanes are also explained.
