摘要
本文通过对各种添加微量金属离子的α-FeOOH脱水转变为α-Fe_2O_3的热力学数据及其粒子形貌和其相应材料制备成气敏元件的性能研究,对添加离子于α-FeOOH粒子生成的影响以及脱水后相应α-Fe_2O_3气敏性能影响的原因进行了讨论。并且,根据对添加不同量Sn^(4+)的α-Fe_2O_3样品进行穆斯堡尔谱的测定,讨论了添加离子对α-Fe_2O_3气敏性能影响的机理。
The several thermodynamics data and particle size of transform were preformed for goethite was transformed into hematite and the gas sensing properties were also preformed for the senser prepared by relevant material.The influence of several doped ion on sensitivity in hematite was discussed and the mechanism of influence of doped ion on sensitivity in hematite was discusssed according to the Mossbauer spectrum of hematite doped Sn^(4+) with different quantity.
