摘要
介绍了南京军区南京总医院自2000年12月设立博士后科研工作站以来对博士后的招生、培养、管理、生活保障等方面进行了规范化的探索。提出了一套科学的培养管理模式,确保博士后培养的质量。
The article introduces the standardized exploration on admission, education, management and daily life guarantee etc. for postgraduate education since the establishment of postgraduate education station in the hospital in December of 2000. Particularly, a series of management pattern for education program, in a scientific manner, relating to quality is proposed, and as a result, good practice and effectiveness has been obtained to guarantee the quality for postgraduate education program.
