摘要
生涯辅导指向人的发展的终极关怀。学生的生涯辅导对我国高校来说是具有开创性的新课题,而生涯辅导的理论渊源庞杂相糅,与职业指导和心理咨询既相互贯通,又相互区别,因此对其理论的梳理和方法论的辨析以及模式构建原则的探究是迫切需要的。
Career counseling directs to the ultimate concern for a person's development, and the career counseling for students is a trailblazing subject in Chinese higher learning institutions. The sources of career counseling theories are varied and complicated yet distinguishable, associated with vocational guidance and psychological consultation. Thus it is urgent to cull the theories and analyze its methodology and principles of model construction.
