The New Disease of Paulownia——Ulcer Disease Pathogenic Fungus

溃疡病是泡桐上的新病害。本文将该病害的病原菌形态特征与杨树和核桃溃疡病原菌作了比较,并在泡桐、毛白杨和核桃上作了致病性测定,鉴定该菌为葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea(Mong.ex Fr)Ces.et de Not,无性阶段为群生小穴壳Dothiorella gregaria Sacc,并测定了该病原菌的生物学特性。

Ulcer is a newly found disease on paulownia.The paper compared the disease with ulcer disease of poplar and walnut in shape charateristics of the pathogenic fungi.The pathogenicity of the fungus was determined on paulownia,Chinese white poplar and walnut.The pathogenic fungus was identified as Botryosphaeria dothidea and asexual stage was known as Dothiorella gregaria.The biological characteristics of the fungus was also determined.
