按柴油:水:乳化剂=70:30:1(重量比)的比例配制的乳化油,在不同的机器上进行试验。结果表明,台架试验节油率为11.1%,实际使用节油率为11.9%～13.68%。使用时,对机器构件无腐蚀、磨损作用,烟度降低率为44.28%,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。

The emulsible oil was made up in proportiom(by weight)——oil:water:emulgent=70 :30:1.The test done on different machines indicated that the ratio of economizing oil in table test was 11.1%,the ratio of practical economizing oil was 11.9%～13.68%,and the ratio of reducing smoke was 44.28%.The emulsible oil showed no sign of corrosion or wear and tear to the compo- nents of machine,possessing high economic and social benefit.
