复发性口疮发作期与间歇期血清NO NOS水平变化

Research on the Level Changes of NO NOSin the Serum During the Attack and intermission of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的 分析复发性口疮发作期与间歇期血清一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)水平的动态变化 ,探讨复发性口疮病情的变化与血清NO、NOS水平变化的关系 ,为其防治提供新思路。方法 分别检测复发性口疮发作期、间歇期及健康对照者血清NO、NOS水平 ,进行比较。结果 复发性口疮血清NO、NOS水平发作期高于间歇期 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,间歇期高于健康者。结论 复发性口疮血清NO、NOS随复发性口疮的缓解而降低 。

Objective Firstly to comprehend the dynamic variations of NO,NOS in the serum of the recurrent aphthous ulcer,both during its attack and its intermission. secondly to delve the relationships between the level change of the NO,NOS in the serum and that of the recurrent aphthous ulcer.Thus try to provide a new way of prevention and cure for the recurrent aphthous ulcer.Method measure the level-changes of NO,NOS in the serum seperately,that is,the levels during the attack and the intermission of the recurrent aphthous ulcer.Result the level of NO,NOS in the serum during the attack is higher than that during the intermission(P<0.01).Conclusion the level of NO,NOS in the serum of the recurrent aphthous ulcer is lowered down accompanied by the alleviation of the recurrent aphthous ulcer,which means NO,NOS in the serum have participated in the course of this disease.
