腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊治中的应用

Laparoscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Gynecologic Disease

目的 探讨电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊治中的应用。方法 选取 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1 0月妇科良性疾病 ,行腹腔镜下妇科手术 1 6 3例 ,其中有腹部手术史 1 9例。结果 所有病例均腹腔镜下手术成功 ,手术时间30～ 1 80min ,术中出血 5～ 2 0 0ml,肛门排气时间 4～ 2 8h ,1d后均能下床活动。术后 3例用镇痛药 ,一般无发热 ,术中无并发症 ,术后并发症为腹胀、肩痛。

Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic disease.Methods From Jan.2001 to Oct. 2002,163 Patients with benign disease were treated by tele-laparoscopy, in which there were 19 patients that had a history of abdominal surgery.Results All the laparoscopic treatments succeeded The operation time is 30-180min. The intro-operative blood loss is 5～200ml, The bowel function recovered in 4～28 hours after operation. All the patients can move in a day. No severe complication were found except pneumohypodema and omaigia. Three cases need analgesic.Conclusios Most gynecologic diseases can be diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy with little trauma, less hospitalization and quick recovery. There will be a wide application for laparoscopy in gynecology.
