心律平治疗室性及室上性心律失常疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Propafenone in Treating Supraventricular and Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的 观察心律平治疗室性及室上性心律失常的疗效及副作用。方法 对于 1 0 7例经心电图及临床确诊的室性及室上性心律失常患者 ,按口服心律平剂量不同分为 :30 0mg/d组 (33例 )、4 5 0mg/d组 (6 6例 )、6 0 0mg/d组 (8例 )三组 ,1 0d为 1个疗程 ;分析心律失常类型、心律平剂量与疗效的关系、副作用及原因。结果 心律平对室性及室上性心律失常总有效率分别为 89.6 %与 79.7% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3种剂量与疗效关系不大 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;发生副反应 1 9例 ,占 1 7.8% ,无效 1 7例 ,占 1 5 .9%。结论 心律平对室性及室上性心律失常均有良好治疗作用 。

Objective To analyse the effect and side effect of propafenone in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 107 patients with arrhythmia were divided into 3 groups.They were given orally propafenone tablet(300～600)mg.d 1 respectively,10 day as a course.The relation between the type of arrhythmia,efficacy and dosage,the side-effect and causes of propafenone was analysed.Results The efficacious rate of propafenone were 89.6% for the ventricular arrhythmia,79.7% for the supraventricular arrhythmia(P>0.05);the ineffective rate of it were 17.8%.The varying closage of propafenone show little relationship to the effectiveness(P>0.05).Conclusion propafenone is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of arrgythmia.
