摘要
TRAIL及TRAIL R是新发现的细胞凋亡系统。Caspase 8在TRAIL系统介导细胞凋亡信号中起关键作用。TRAIL有选择性细胞毒性 ,可介导IFN的抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用 。
