分子筛催化芳烃硝化反应性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 分子筛催化剂对苯的硝化反应有催化作用,其中MCM 41(T)、MCM 41(W)、ZSM 5和NH4Y的催化活性较高。以硝酸作硝化试剂、MCM 41(T)作催化剂,在硝酸∶苯=2.5∶1、苯∶催化剂=35∶1、76℃下反应7h,硝基苯得率为85.6%。MCM 41(T)重复使用8次,其催化活性变化不大。 Benzene nitration by nitric acid was studied over MCM41(T), MCM41(W),ZSM5 and NH4Y. Nitrobenzene yield of 85.6 % was obtained over MCM41(T) catalyst under the following condition: HNO3:benzene=2.5, benzene:catalyst=35, 76 ℃, 7 h. The activity of MCM41(T) remains stable after repeated use for eight times.
