摘要
采用超音速活性电弧喷涂(HVAA)系统对适用于锅炉四管喷涂用的高Cr镍基合金进行了喷涂试验;通过金相组织研究、SEM检测以及X射线衍射分析,证明其具有良好的组织形貌;同时HVAA所制备的高Cr镍基合金涂层的性能相对于普通电弧喷涂涂层,除了更致密并具有更高的硬度外,涂层成分还具有更多的金属间化合物或络合物,对提高涂层性能有一定影响。
This paper described a new technology of supersonic arc spraying High velocity activated arc(HVAA)spraying for the experiment of high CrNi alloy(45CT) coating in the four pipes of boilers. The microstructure of high CrNi alloy coating by supersonic arc spraying was analyzed by SEM and X-ray diffraction tests. The results showed that HVAA coating is superior to the conventional arc spraying coatings in many aspects, such as hardness, porosity and intermetallic compounds, which presented a certain influence on the properties of coating.
