冷却冲压对拉延的改善 被引量:1

摘要 特殊的工艺常常能用来改善金属薄板的变形能力,这里所介绍的一种工艺是在拉延过程中对冲头进行冷却。这种工艺把碳钢的拉延性能提高了10%到25%。 正常情况下,拉延操作过程中产生的摩擦热降低了钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度。
