摘要
利用Moldflow软件分析了塑件的浇口位置、填充时间、流动前沿温度及熔接痕位置,根据分析结果对模具结构进行优化设计。经过实际生产验证,模具结构合理,工作可靠,成型的塑件尺寸合格,达到了预期效果。
The Moldflow software was used to analyze the gate position, filling time, front fluid temperature and the weld line position of the plastic. The mould structure was optimized according to the analysis results. The actual production verified that the mould structure was reasonable and reliable, and the plastics were qualified in size and achieved the expected result.
