摘要
通过对USB卡盖的注射工艺及对应的模具结构进行分析和研究,提出采用双色注射工艺成型塑件,并设计了整体式双色注射模结构,模具结构采用倒装设计和热流道系统,还介绍了注射模的推出机构和冷却系统及工作过程。模具结构设计合理,提高了塑件的结合性及成型效率。
After the analysis and research on the injection process of a USB cassette and the corresponding mould structure, the two-color injection moulding process was proposed.An integral two-color injection mould structure was designed and its work process was elaborated in detail. The inverse structure and hot runner system were adopted, and the ejection mechanism and cooling system were presented. The mould structure was designed reasonably, which improved the combination and moulding efficiency of the plastic parts.
