摘要 根据钢丝固定块的材质及结构特点提出了多工位冷镦成形工艺方案,借助有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D模拟了固定块的成形过程,分析了固定块成形过程中的金属流动规律、应力应变分布情况和成形载荷。试验表明,采用该工艺方案成形的固定块充填饱满、未见折叠和开裂缺陷,数值模拟结果与试验结果相符,为实际生产提供了较好的指导作用。 According to the texture and structural characteristic of a wire clip, the forming process of multi-station cold upsetting for wire clip was proposed. The forming process of the wire clip was simulated by the finite element software DEFORM-3 D. Its metal flow laws, distribution of stress and strain and the forming force were analyzed. Production practice showed that the formed wire clip was full filled without folding and crack defects.The numerical simulation results were consistent with the production results, which could provide guidance for actual production.
